Interviewer instructions

There is a notation in the questionnaire that states “ EXCEPT ITEMS 1(f), 1(h) and (2)”. The occupation, item 1(f), and class of worker, item 1(h), of the family head during the “past quarter” should be asked from the respondent since these sets of information are not available in ISH Form 2. Item 2 on the other hand, can be derived from ISH Form 2. The information is necessary to guide you as to who are the members of the family to be included in the FIES.
