Definition
This variable indicates unsatisfied basic necessities, Necesidades Basicas Insatisfechas (NBI), for education. NBI is a major indicator of basic human needs. A household is unsatisfied in basic education necessities if it contains one or more children aged 6 to 12 years who are not attending school.
