An non-migrant person for an interview using Individual Questionnaire (Form C) must be a usual resident of the household, between 15 and 59 years of age and living continuously in the current place at least 5 years or more. Look at Column (6) and Column (9) [age in Column 6 must be from 15 to 59, and column 9 must be circled code “199” or “299”]
