If multiple anti-malarial medicines are mentioned in ML6 or ML9, name all anti-malarials mentioned. Record the code for the day on which an anti-malarial was given for the first time. If he/she started taking (the anti-malarial) the same day the fever started, circle '0' for 'Same day'. If the anti-malarial was first given the next day (the day after the fever began), circle '1' for 'Next day' and so on.
