Block VII.C is filled in only if WPK has ever had a live birth. Begin with the WPK household member who has the lowest serial number and continue until all WPK household members have been interviewed.</div><br /></svar></p>
<p><span class="ital">Complete Blocks VI.A, VI.B, VI.C and VI.D for every household member and then continue the interviews with WPK household members to complete Blocks VII.A, VII.B, VII.C, VII.D and VII.E.</span></p>

To overcome this feeling, show the respondent that you do not feel embarrassed or awkward to talk about this matter. Ask all the questions in the same way as you ask all the other questions on the form. If she is reluctant in answering any of the questions, the enumerator must assure the respondent that the same questions are being asked to all women in Indonesia.<br />Note that all questions about contraceptive devices/methods used by men apply to all husbands or former husbands. If the respondent has been married more than once, it does not matter which husband used which device/method.<br /></svar></p>

Circle the appropriate code corresponding to the respondent's answer.
