To fill this column, ask the respondent whether they have changed their city/village of residency since October 1996 (Aban 1375). If the answer is "Yes," put code 1 in this column, otherwise, put code 2. Obviously, changing the place of residence within a city or village is not considered as a change in city/village of residency.

- If a person has changed the city/village of residence within a county, write down code 1 for them also.
