Interviewer instructions

Note that for an overseas contract worker or OCW, the actual job may not be the same as the one described in his signed contract; hence, ask the respondent to report what he personally knows as the worker's actual job abroad. Moreover, tell the respondent to be specific in describing the kind of work the person did. If he cannot give a short common description of the job, ask him or her to describe
the nature of work done and write down the response verbatim. If the overseas Filipino held several jobs during his last stay abroad consider the one that is primary.
