This project is aimed at grade Analysis Quality Management System and its impact on the positioning of midsize businesses Canton Milagro, period 2014-2015 Making known under the respective chapters of the current problems with its origin, defining problems and also presented the overall objective and specific objectives, and justification, in which we rely on the theoretical framework presented all documentation related work research, also conceptual definitions and approach to investigate the hypothesis is. Creating all the methodological process, which served us to define how the information needed for the development of research would be collected, analysis and interpretation of the results obtained through surveys and interviews application is made and hypotheses verified raised. Developing the project proposal in which the steps to implement a Quality Management Model in the organization MILIPAS detailed CIA LTDA. Finally conclusions and recommendations after their successful development of the project are presented.
