The data used are of the National Demographic and Health Survey (2010). The results show that for women victims of partner abuse increases the likelihood of perceiving to regulate and poor health, compared with non-abused. Regional estimates show differences in the type of violence that cause greater impact on the perception of health. Additionally, the results show that the women that living in urban areas, have water and natural gas in the home, have greater job title, have membership to the contributory and special regimes, be located in higher socioeconomic strata and have more education, are associated with a favorable perception of health. |
