Abstract
This paper is to analyze the labor discrimination based on gender. Analyzing the
subjectivity production processes within the organization of work particularly in the
validation or reinforcement of employment discrimination, experienced through the
various types of organizations.
Concluding that the traditional model of labor-male couple as the only supplier is
becoming familiar to dual career or modified: the first two figures work the same
workload, and the second women work fewer hours.
