Abstract | This document corresponds to a pre-feasibility study to create a consulting company in the area of human resources management, aimed at providing services to PYMES (small and medium companies) in the manufacturing sector of the metropolitan area of Valle de Aburrá. To do this in the first instance, sectorial and strategic environment analysis is done in order to identify the business opportunity in the area of outsourcing in human resources. The strategic and technical studies provide the business model required to offer outsourcing services in human resource management for PYMES in the manufacturing sector of the Metropolitan Area of Valle de Aburrá. The design includes business strategy, strategic plan, location, size, and financial resources as well as human and physical plant. It also develops a special financial study to determine its economic viability. Finally, an analysis of environmental and social impacts is presented, as well as a chapter of general conclusions of the pre-feasibility study |
