Abstract | Employment conditions vary constantly young people remain the group most affected in the world, the International Labour Organization, launched an alert to this problem when reporting for the year 2014 it will have about 74.5 million men and women under 24 unemployed. Therefore from the year 2005 the ILO, I would urge members to generate policies that do face this issue, taking into account the concept of decent work, Colombia has implemented some strategies as the law on youth, programmes such as “youth in action”, modified through law and learning contracts Act 1429 of 2010, called "First employment" law I think some tax benefits to companies that increase their staff with young plants between 14 and 28 years. |
