The work of the knowledgment: "Socio-economic impact of training on business administration
in the city of Manizales", aims to know the expetations of what to do of the profesional
administators, and participation in the labor market; since, the city shows high indicators of
unemployment and underemployment rates concern, looking be that academic training is
inadequate to the problems of employment, and these are important aspects in the education
strategy and development of any region.
