Abstract | Juridical investigation work: Right, specifically “LABOR POLOCY OF CITIZEN REVOLUTION GOVERNMENT AND INFLUENCE ON WORKERS’ RIGHTS IN THE REPUBLIC OF ECUADOR”. The purpose was identifying results of influence of the Labor Policy on workers’ rights. The theoretical fundamental: Labor Policy exposes ideological and political structures; development models and play of interests prevalent in a society. Right, together with economics and sociology sustain such investigation and allow establishing a profile of a Labor Policy, intended to see influence on workers’ rights. The abundant legislation generated by the Citizen Revolution Government in the labor is and the correct application of LIO Covenants, are the subject matter of the current study. Methodology: It is a descriptive investigation, describing and evaluates influences of the Labor Policy on Worker’s Rights and discrepant topics among Government entrepreneurs and workers hindering the enactment of the Labor Organic Law. Conclusions: establish profile of the neoliberal policy applied in the former period to the profile of the Labor Policy of the Citizen Revolution Government, mentioning advancements, infringements and omissions related to workers’ right. Correcting critical Knots of the current Labor Policy has been recommended, intended to get consensus based on the “Social Base”, to obtain the enactment of the Labor Organic Law and the Social Security Law. |
