Abstract | The main focus of this current investigation is the impact that safeguards have in new accessories and tires of vehicles, which were imposed by the national government on March 11th, 2015, a measure that was taken with the aim to stabilize the prices. Thus we have developed six chapters. In the first instance it was necessary to know and analyze the situation of the nation with respect to the region and its respective valuta, we identified the percentages imposed by the safeguards to the new tires and accessories for vehicles. For our study, we enlisted a population of importer companies issued by the SENAE 2015, which then were subject to analysis through surveys, in this way it was justified the feasibility of the research topic meso, macro, and micro of economic-social, politic, environmental and technology impact, which directly involves the importer companies, markets, and consumers. For which it has been inquired the data of the imports during the years in which the automotive sector had not been subjected to safeguards yet and during the years it had, and each one of its financial ratios, based on its financial status in order to be able to obtain conclusions, and in this way develop strategies that help to mitigate the risks for the importer companies.Finally, this thesis research proposes the development of two strategies for business that have problems with their sales. The first financial strategy focus is a reinvestment through the implementation of a new tier of tire rubber replacement and the second proposal is the improvement of the profitability through a marketing strategy, which are detailed in Chapter 5. |
