Abstract |
The objective of this paper is to give our clients the basis for dialogue with domestic groups, the Bank, and international donors about the strategic directions for improving Albania‘s educational services. It focuses on participation, equity, and quality; financingand efficiency; and governance, management, and accountability. It emphasizes thepretertiary education because the tertiary level, which differs significantly from pretertiary education in governance, management, and financing, requires special treatment. However, the statistical tables include all levels of education. |
