El Gobierno Parroquial de Papallacta es la institución encargada en realizar actividades de desarrollo para el Bienestar de la Comunidad. La presente tesis tiene como objetivo principal presentar una propuesta para mejorar la Gestión Financiera del Gobierno Parroquial de Papallacta, para lo cual se inicia con un diagnóstico interno y externo, que permite conocer la realidad de su estructura, funcionalidad y actividad económica. De acuerdo a las políticas internas, y en base a los Estados Financieros históricos se realiza un análisis de estructura y de tendencia, e índices financieros de los balances, dicho resultado permitirá evaluar la factibilidad de realizar los gastos corrientes y de inversión, proceso que va ser evaluado con la finalidad de plantear una propuesta para mejorar el Proceso Financiero y brindar una información veraz. This project has as main objective introduce a proporsal to improve the financial management of Papallacta Government, for this reason, it begins with an internal an external diagnostic which allow knowing the reality of structure, functionality and economical activity. In accordance to the internal policies and agreement to the Historic Financial Stament, it does an analysis of the structure and tendency and financial rating of the balances, results will permit evaluate the possibility of do the current and investment spending, it process will be evaluated of the purpose of proposing a plan to improve the financial process and offer a real information.
