Abstract | Uganda has a high population growth rate (3.2%) and a high fertility rate (6.2 children per woman), primarily due to the low prevalence of modern contraceptive use. We examined factors associated with contraceptive use and the choice of contraceptive methods by Ugandan women of reproductive age. |
