Interviewer instructions
Single orphans are children who have lost either a father or a mother. Double orphans are children who have lost both their parents.
The number of classes for boys is the number of classes you have in each grade only for boys, and similarly for girls. So, if there are 3 classes in Grade 4 (4a, 4b and 4c), one for girls, one for boys and one for both, you would enter 1 class for boys, 1 for girls and 1 for both girls and boys.
If your school does not have a Grade, for instance, if your school is a primary school and does not have Grade 8, please leave the boxes blank.
