La variable nos permite conocer el sexo del informante.

Sexo: Es la condición orgánica de los entrevistados, que permite identificarlos como hombre o mujer.
Universe
Comprende a todas aquellas viviendas y sus ocupantes residentes del area urbana y área rural del país.
No forman parte del estudio aquellas personas que residan en viviendas colectivas (hoteles, asilos, hospitales, cárceles, etc.).
Source of information
Será el Jefe/a del hogar, esposa/o o informante calificado de 18 y más años de edad, residente habitual del hogar.
