<svar a="all" v="CR73A408 409"><span class="h2">16.- Question No. 9.- Place of birth</span><br /><br />The place of birth of each person is the place where their mother lived when the birth occurred.<br /><br />One should not simply ask for the place of birth, because the majority of persons were born in hospitals, clinics, etc., that, generally, are not in the same place where the mother resided. Make the annotation that corresponds agreeing with the following:<br /><br /><span class="em">16.1.-</span> Mark the circle "Here" if when being born the mother resided in the canton that is being enumerated.<br /><br /><span class="em">16.2.-</span> If the mother resided in another canton write down the name of the canton and when you cannot get the name of the canton, write down the district and province.<br /><br /><span class="em">16.3.-</span> If the mother lived abroad, write down the name of the country.<br /><br />[Below the text is a filled out form.]<br /></svar>
