Then go to question number 6.<br />If you circle option 2, "No," go to question 5B, "How many days per week do you have water service?", and write the answer in the appropriate grid space. Then read question 5C, "How many hours per day?", and write the appropriate response.<br /><span class="ital">Reminders</span><br /><ul class="b1">
