Who is household representative? (Column 5)

Which person of the household who should be considered as the "household representative", or rather as the representative of the household from outside the household, likewise the owners must be allowed to determine this. In case of doubt, note an employed person of the middle generation as the household representative. "Household representative" should not be confused with "housekeeping", or rather work in the household. Tenants cannot be the household representative.
