Interviewer instructions

This question asks the village cadre from the first village. Questions 3a to
3f are calculated with respect to the total number of households in the first village/hamlet.
The unit of measure is percent (%).
Record the percent of households hiring agricultural labor to prepare the
land for planting, planting, weeding, harvesting,… These workers could be paid in kind
or in cash. This question doesn’t include labor exchange (which will be included in
question 3F)
