Interviewer instructions
- The way filling this detail is by writing down the industry from the main job in the past one week as accurately as possible, then give the code (industry classification) by selecting one of the 00 to 17 and move them into boxes 39 and 40. The codes explanation is found on the bottom of the page 2 questionnaire Sakernas (list-AK). The examples in filling this detail can be seen in the manual document of SAKERNAS (same period).
The method of determining whether an activity is a main job or not is as follows:
- If the respondent in the past week has only one job, the job is recorded as the main job.
- If the respondent in the past week has more than one job, then job that uses the most time is considered as the main job. If the time spent are indifferent, then job that provides the highest income is considered as the main job. If the time spent and the income generated are indifferent, then it is up to the respondent to chose which job is considered as their main job.

Definition
- Industry: refers to the activity of the place of work/company/office in which a person is employed, classified according to the Indonesian Industrial Classifications (KLUI).
- The main job is the most time consuming job in reference time survey a week ago (in terms of "currently" and not "usually"). If someone only has one job and that job is considered the main job. When has more than one, then the one using the most time is the main job. When the time used are indifferent, then the one earns greater is considered the main job.
