<svar a="all" v="MX95A034"><span class="em">1.6 Rooms for sleeping</span><br /><br />This question finds out the number of rooms in a dwelling that are used for sleeping. A room is understood to be a space in a dwelling delineated normally by four fixed walls of any material, meant for the lodging of people or other uses or activities of family life.<br /><br />[graphic of the question from the census form]<br /><br />Write down in the corresponding boxes the information given by the informant.<br /><br />Rooms of a dwelling meant for sleeping and that are only occasionally used should be included in the total number of rooms for sleeping, those that at the moment of the counting are not used for this purpose, but rather as library, shop, wine cellar, among others, are not considered bedrooms.<br /><br />The rooms that are used occasionally for sleeping and are not meant for it, are not included in the total number of rooms for sleeping, but rather only in the total number of rooms.<br /><br />Wine cellar, granaries, commercial places, etc. that are used normally or habitually for sleeping should be considered room-bedrooms. If hallways or sheds are used for sleeping, do not consider them rooms.<br /></svar>
