    Questionnaires

    The questionnaires listed below were used in the 2001 census:

    a) Questionnaire 1 - Collects basic information of households (all rural households and the agricultural, forestry, fishery households in urban area)
    b) Questionnaire 2 - Gathers information on the farm economy
    c) Questionnaire 3 - Collects information on basic situation and infrastructure of communes ;
    d) Questionnaire 4 - Collects information on agricultural, forestry and fishery cooperatives
    e) Questionnaire 5 - Collects information on enterprises engaged in agriculture forestry and fishery
    f) Questionnaire 6 - Collects information on sample households - living conditions, economic activity (agricultural and non agricultural), investments and savings.
