Definition
Secretary of the village / municipality (Sekdes) has the task of running the government administration, community development and rural / urban as well as assist the village chief / headman as well as providing administrative services to the community. To carry out the duties as aforesaid village secretary / village has a function:
1. Carry out paperwork, filing and reporting.
2. Implement financial affairs.
3. Implement administrative, and social development.
4. Carry out the duties and functions of the village chief / headman when the village chief / headman was unable to perform his duties.
5. Various other administrative tasks.
Age is calculated in years by rounding down or age at last birthday. Calculations based on the Gregorian calendar year.
Example: if the old village chief / headman 45 years 11 months, was written 45 years. Attained the highest education completed is education classes or lessons at the last level so he gets marks graduation / diploma. For example, courses up to level 3 from level S1, then circled the code is 5 (just graduated from high school / equivalent).
