Definition
Community resilience Village / Village (LKMD / K) is a public institution in the rural / village that grew out of, by, and for the community. LKMD / K is a vehicle for community participation in development, which combines a variety of activities and initiatives as well as non-governmental mutual aid society in all aspects of life and livelihood in order to realize the national security covering aspects of ideological, political, economic, social, religious, and defense security.
Category LKMD / K:
Preparation, when the village is being done preparatory formation LKMD / K.
Category 1, when the village had grown to establish understanding and awareness LKMD / K, cap and board LKMD / K have been made, have done LKMD formation meeting / K which organizational structure is designed in accordance with the decision of Home Minister 25 in 1980, but LKMD / K they still need guidance and help the government.
Category 2, when LKMD / K is formed capable of designing and implementing the work program, the program PKK, utilizing village grants, and can move non-mutual cooperation.
Category 3, when LKMD / K is formed capable of preparing village development plans based on local potential, sources of funds remain, administration and report orderly, and sexy-sexy has to work (at least 3 sections).
