Description
Definition
Write the name of the province, district/municipality, administrative city, sub-district and village/village unit. Fill in the code as per the 1990 Village Master File that has been updated, based on the 1992 village/village unit dating. The village/village unit code is written inside the 3 first boxes and the last box is filled in with the number 0 (zero). The village/village unit that is enumerated are all villages/village units based on the situation during the enumeration. Villages/village units that were found during enumeration is still enumerated as long as it has a separate administration and has received a SK (Surat Keputusan = Decree) from the Governor.
