Literal question
You are invited to participate in a research study on the perspectives and perspectives of people living in rural areas of Niger. This study is conducted by a research team at Stanford University in the United States who is studying development. You will be asked to participate in an interview. You will be asked questions about your perspective on development, your economic activities, your home and community, and your hopes and thoughts about the future . Your participation will take about 45 minutes. The risks associated with the research study are the discomfort to answer certain questions. The benefits that can reasonably be expected from this study are to understand the needs and goals of this community and to improve development programs. We do not guarantee you will receive benefits from this study. Please, understand that your participation is voluntary . If we start and want to stop because you are uncomfortable or for some other reason, we can stop. Also, you may refuse to answer a question if you feel uncomfortable. Your participation in this study will not afect your participation in the social safety net program or other forms of assistance You have the right to stop participating at any time without penalty, without any negative consequences. Your privacy and the confidentiality of the information you provide will be retained in all published and written data resulting from the study. If you complete the interview, but later decide that you do not want us to use your answers, you can let us know and we will delete your answers. If you share your phone number, we can come back to make sure you were the one who was interviewed instead of someone else by mistake. I will provide you with my contact information if you have any questions about this study or any other question.
