<p>Write down the specific name of the activity in which the workplace was engaged or carried out by the respondent on his/her own in his/her primary occupation.</p>
<p>As an exception, if the respondent answers that he/she works in any known public institution, entity or agency, write down the name of it. Examples: Ministry Of Education, Children's Hospital, Peruvian Army, among others.</p>
